I have an all soft coral tank (Xenia, GSP, Clove Polyps, Sympodium, Kenya Tree, Sinularia, Ricordea, Rhodactis, Toadstool, Pipe Organ, Daisy Polyp, Cespitularia). I don't measure or have a kit atm for calcium but my pH is 8.3-8.4 with lights on and 8.1-8.2 lights out. Temp is always 74.9-75.2 thanks to chiller + Apex. Salinity 1.0253, Nitrates 23ppm. DKH 8ish. I have seen some growth in around 2 months since I got the coral. Curious if anyone with an all softy tank doses.

I have a softie only tank (clam not included) and I dose Tropic Marin All-for-Reef and it’s been amazing! I haven’t done a water change in over two years and my number are always stable.

Wow beautiful tank. Did you get all those corals as frags and how old are they?

All began as frags, except for the Magnifica Nems. The tank is going on 5 years and most of the pieces are about the same age. Softies grow very fast given the right conditions. I’m always trimming and selling all the time which works out great for me.

Beautiful :) I pulled out all of my SPS and most of my LPS and trying to go this route. I have a 7 month old now and just want a nice looking stress free tank.

Thanks @Tamberav! I don’t know if there is such a thing as a stress-free tank (at least within my budget) but this does come quite close! Also, I think I would prefer a “stress-free” seven month old over a stress-free tank any day!!!
