Simple question:
What chemical filter media are you running?
I am currently running NONE in my tank, have run a reactor in the past with carbon & GFO, but found it a hassle.
Have run purigen as well.

Looking forward to the answers!

I use to run gfo. It stripped all phosphates away and led to a dino outbreak. This killed some of my coral. I had to dose po4 back into the tank and the corals started growing again and they look better.

If you are running ok without them, then you don't need a vote to see what other people are using. If you parms are ok, you don't need a reactor. JMO.
I'm not running reactors, just to say I"m running them. I have to keep parms in check for my sps.
