Got some ocean live rock and I’m wondering do you have to acclimate it or can you just put it in the tank?
Many aquarists are afraid of hitch hikers on live rock and do all sorts of things to it. As for acclimation, I would not think so because it’s been out of the ocean awhile already and that’s a fairly punishing treatment. Going into your aquarium will be like going to home except for the lack of food.
