I was having trouble finding a brush with a long handle and small enough bristle head to clean off my rocks without getting my whole arm wet.

Came up with the following and it worked extremely well.

I used left over dos tubing, left over plumbing, and a tooth brush. Wedged the tooth brush in the tube after wrapping the tubing around the handle of the tooth brush.

The pvc handle was rock solid even in a medium to high flow tank.

Hope this helps someone else here.

Thanks!

For the Cheap no name brand tooth brushes you can heat them up in Boiling Water and Bend them to an angle to clean the rocks. About a 45 Degree angle works the best.
