Has anyone use this to make a light for your tank?

Im planning to attach these on my heat sink but still worry about their actual power.
Please give me some opinions. Thanks.

Not with the blower mounted like that :) - you want it pushing through the fins from one end, or pulling in from the center. Need some kinda airflow management.

Is the heatsink enough? With active cooling? Yeah probably. Measure temps and adjust.
