Hello, I am looking to upgrade my 55 gallon reef with a 10 gallon sump to a 75 gallon tank with a 40 gallon sump. In the planning process I realized that I will need to build a new stand, however I am unsure what kind of styles of supports work best as the 40 gallon is as wide as the 75. Does anyone have any suggestions on possible builds? Thanks

Guessing you're using wood?

Should be pretty simple for that size tank using 2x4's.

Ended up having welders do my last two stands. Very cheap and strong IMO.

I didn't powder coat and just spray painted. After years there was barely any hint of rust, even after more than a few spills, salt creep etc...
