Hi, thanks! I dose BRS Cal/Alk every 30 minutes, nothing else. I subscribe to the "KISS" fish poop method. Have enough fish, feed the fish, and they will feed the corals. Is there anything you dose on a regular basis?
awesome tank!! Stunning.

thanks for answering. Sounds like a good plan as I also subscribed to the KISS methodHi, thanks! I dose BRS Cal/Alk every 30 minutes, nothing else. I subscribe to the "KISS" fish poop method. Have enough fish, feed the fish, and they will feed the corals.
I’m pulling a Bubba! Life has been crazy busy. I’ll try to take some new pics. Tank keeps truckin along.Any new updates on the tank?
I've cut it so many times it just laughs at me when I do. Frankly I need a bigger tank...Awe man, your gonna break my heart. PC Superman is one of my faves. Going to hate seeing it cut even if necessary.
You already filled up the 20' tank you just received? You really are a better reefer than I am.I have the same dilemma. Stuff is crowding out again. I get about three years, maybe four, then have to go ripping stuff out.
Flow is definitely an issue with overcrowding. The other is shadowing (lost my RMF Acid Trip colony that way) and coral warfare (lost my SC Orange Passion that way). I'm trying to be more proactive now. SCOP is in my new coral pack. You are so on point about managing overgrowth. I get lazy about it, and the colonies grow into/over each other. Then flow starts to get choked down. A wild reef has so much more flow than we can manage, and we all know how important flow is. Eventually, something bad is going to happen.
