Did I get scammed by Rogger’s reef food

I purchased some food from Rogger’s food 3 weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything back after the confirmation email. Nor have they responded to multiple emails….

I've not heard of the company but I say 3 weeks with no communication would justify disputing the charge assuming they charged your card.
