great idea thats alot more reliable then panic testingYou don’t need to do a water change or run carbon, but it would be smart to perform an ICP (ATI will be a decent one) and correct the chemistry that is low or depleted so that he has the best chance of surviving. Best of luck.
my parameters are posted before this post. the tank is 4 months oldThe tank looks brand new, like it was built yesterday, you haven't provided any other information except for that, very hard to offer advice with no information, except, wait for the tank to mature before trying again.
unexpectedly its moved since i posted my tank is 4 months oldMaybe a picture of your anemone in white light.
So other members can also help you . I must admit if I have a sign of trouble in the tank I run carbon but that is up to you . @OrionN is very good with anemones let’s see if we can get him
Also all your water parameters would be good if you have them also how young is your tank.
Yes they do move around looking for there happy place. If it opens up during lights on don’t worry if it deflates with lights off . Also you want a bit of nitrate in your water not to much also phosphate not to much anemones like a bit of nutrients in the water and if you have coral they like it . Hope things are turning round for you . If you would like send a photo of your full tank in white light and members can look at the set up and advise others things if needed.unexpectedly its moved since i posted my tank is 4 months old
