Davy Jones Locker Question

I just bought a Davy Jones Skimmate Locker with the minidin-8 connector that hooks up directly to the Apex I/O port. I'm having a little trouble getting it working. I'm trying to test it on my neck cleaner just to see if it's working properly before hooking it up to my skimmer pump.

I tried the programming

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Switch1 CLOSED Then ON

My neck cleaner never turns on. I was hoping it would run then when I blow into the pressure sensor it would turn off. Am I missing something?

For those that are having the same issue...

I added Switch1 to the dashboard on the webUI. It initially said "Open" then after a second or 2 it changed to closed. Maybe the Apex wasn't reading the status of the switch and it was staying open? I'm not sure. Either way, it's working now. Time to hook up this stink machine and get it going!
