Keep an eye on them. Spawning occurs in the evening hours before the light or sun goes down. The male will fertilize the eggs as the come out of the female when they are close to the top of the tank. The eggs are small round clear balls that will float on the top of the water until unfortunately they will either get eaten or go into the overflow. Totally fascinating. But this will happen as your light are ramping down. And other fish are starting to hide for the night. I’ve had a pair of Mandarins for 3-4 years.
