Should I wait until the diatom bloom is done in the new tank before transferring things over from the old tank?

Cycle started 3/1.
Negative ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates 3/20.

Transferring over:
current rockscapes
fish and cuc
2 RBTA's
multiple LPS and SPS (acros, zoas, euphyllias, plates, etc.)

Following since I'll have to cross this bridge at some point myself.
Though I think with your water volume your tank should be able to handle the load. I'd be interested in hearing from others that might have been through a tank transfer themselves.

I would not think the diatoms were as much a variable or concern as transferring over time, rock and CUC, then fish a few days later I would think.
