I decided to finally put together a build thread. Had this tank for about 4 and a half years, but I had a horrible power outage crash about a year ago. Building back up.

Current stock list:
Yellow watchman goby
Tomini tang
Blue line flasher wrasse
2x clown
Talbots damsel
PJ cardinal
Royal Gramma
Green clown goby
Lawnmower blenny
Midas blenny
Pair lyretail anthias
Cleaner goby
Banded possum wrasse

To add:
One spot foxface
Geometric pygmy hawkfish
Biota mandarin

Current corals/nems:
Various mushrooms
Huge toadstool
Bubble tip anemone
Rock flower anemones
Maxi mini anemones
A few zoas

Current inverts:
Several urchins
Various snails and hermits
3x emerald crabs
Fighting conch
Tiger conch
Massive 3+ inch fire shrimp
Tiger pistol shrimp
Skunk cleaner shrimp
Brown and yellow feather duster
Things I'm definitely forgetting

Current project is installing aqua 57w uv sterilizer and trialing new skimmer!

A look into the tank's seedy underbelly. The white tube pumps water to the external fuge. The clear tube carries it back from the fuge

The angelfish and the 2 blennies are the biggest beggers. If I'm sitting next to the tank they'll all swim towards me and follow me making knowing eye contact.

It's hard to photograph, but the blue flasher is the biggest fish in the tank pushing 3 and a half inches and constantly showing off. The luminescence is something else. Also even though they can get a little "damsely" from time to time, the talbots damsel is truly a beautiful fish who is immensely interesting to watch 3 point turn bus reverse butt waddle in and out of the rockwork.

Here are some older photos after the crash but before now. The watchman and the toadstool are the remains from the crash. They've both been with me over 4 years. Toadstool is maybe 18 inches across.

Here are some of the coral colonies and fish from before the week-long power outage related crash a year ago. Bittersweet to look at but beautiful.

You can see the core left and right rock peaks are original from pre crash. I added another 50 or so pounds of live rock and made a center peak with more tunnels and gaps for current scape

Did some stuff today! Installed a co2 scrubber and hooked it up to my swimmer's venturi and then added 20+ pounds of live rock rubble to the external fuge. Just waiting on chaeto and it's done!

My tomini tang has been growing like crazy lately. Got him at around a half inch to 3/4 inch and he's already pushing 3+ inches

It's crazy seeing the massive sheets of shed mucous when large toadstool corals shed

Looks great!! I love the green clown goby pictures. One of my favorite fish!
He lives on the dinner plate sized toadstool most of the time. The lawnmower blenny will occasionally try to punk him, but he seems to live a pretty good life.
