I sold a lifereef skimmer to this member about two weeks ago. I packed it up carefully and shipped it via UPS. Unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged. As soon as the buyer (crxej1 15 10 10 5 2 1) contacted and reported the damage I issued a refund and a return packing label so I can place a claim with UPS. I have not heard back once on if they are going to return the skimmer to me or not. I have contacted them via R2R PM system and their email to no avail. Pretty disappointed. My first negative interaction on R2R
