Seems like every single day I am noticing something new in the tank. I recently saw two of these on my Zoa's and yes that is a Zoa my Urchin has claimed on its back. I noticed these two fan worm looking things and am not 100% sure. They do retract when I move to the tank quickly.

Good news. What exactly do they do? Just catch stuff that’s floating around?
Pretty much, yeah. Filter feeders basically just catch what they can from the water and eat it if they want. They typically only eat really small things like phyto.
