I currently am using the Coralife Seascape on my 20 Gallon High it currently only has fish and cuc after 9 months, my question is would this light provide enough PAR for some softies lps and anemones? If yes to any please give some suggestions if no please suggest lights that could take care of said list above. And if you've used this light and had success with anything in my list please lmk as well. I haven't been able to find much about these lights and corals. Thank you!

Softies and anemones, probably. Your anemones will also benefit from periodic supplemental feeding as well.
I have reef roids and I'm trying my luck with zoas i just got some green Implosions and blow pops and I have a small pipe organ coral I'll see how they do and maybe try my hand at Rose Bubble Tip Anemone if everything does well. I'll let you know how it goes in a couple weeks
