So received a biocube 32 led from my wife for our anniversary in May. It subsequently cracked on my in August due to my stand being off level (60 year old house, what can you do?). Coralife customer service was amazing. They didn’t question anything. Just had me send pics and my purchase receipt and my new biocube was ordered. They didn’t have any in stock at the time but I got mine 1 day after they came in at the company by priority UPS overnight shipping.
Fast forward to two weeks ago. I by a used biocube 16 led. This thing has been best to death and I have no clue who owned it before me. Well the fan was going out. I called coralife and they sent two brand new fans for free. Didn’t even pay shipping. Didn’t ask where i got the cube or how old just how many fans I wanted. They literally have the best customer service I have ever dealt with from a tank dealer. I would recommend biocube to anyone looking for an AIO tank.
