I picked up this fixture from Miguel before he moved out west. I bought a new Phoenix HQI DE 14K bulb and used it sporadically for about 2-3 months (barely burned in)...the bulb comes with the unit! Here is a link to the fixture and a link to the bulb. I just took it apart, and gave it a real good cleaning! I can also explain a simple mod to make it work on smaller tanks down to 10 gallons or so! I am looking for $150 plus shipping (firm).
