I’ve just started my journey with a new ‘type’ of coral wall and would love to hear what you guys also do so since there no ‘official’ thread on this I figured I could start a thread for showing off your coral walls with an aim to inspire others :)

So, the most common type of wall we find are GSP which are beautiful but obviously there are many ways to do it! I have 2 tanks, each one has a different plan for what I’ll do with my back wall. I will focus on my larger tank’s wall for now as I have yet to start my smaller tank’s wall.

I officially started the larger tank’s wall today with a nice colony I found yesterday. Now, my plan with my larger tank (4’x2’x2’) was to have softies and LPS as the main feature corals but some how implementing SPS into the mix as well. I didn’t know how to do this until I saw a plating colony of Miyagi Tort. So, I would like to introduce to you my new idea for a Coral Wall using SPS, specifically using the Acropora genus as the main pieces to the wall. Now, I’m aware I currently only have one Coral on the back wall however I do hope to add to it in the future.
So, here’s an FTS of my 4’ tank as well as a couple close up photos of the Miyagi Tort.

That’s enough of my talking, let’s see what you guys have on your walls in terms of corals!!

nice.
what's your method for attaching corals to the glass?
I either use putty or in my current case, I’ve been using magnets to keep them upright.

Something new, flexible, adaptable for that CoralWall : )

This looks so nice from the thumbnail alone!
I bet it looks even nicer when setup :)

After it gets grown in with corals, it really adds something special to a display for sure : )

Well, maybe when I move I’ll have a true SPS wall display that doesn’t fail on me (My Tortuosa unfortunately died due to the magnets bursting).
