Can anyone help me ID these? I hope they're not pests, but I have a bad feeling about it. This is as close as I could get with my phone - hope it's close enough.

They are hard to see, but there are a lot of them. They are the small specks moving around. I'm new to the hobby and now since researching this, I think they are pods. Just surprising me too because I didn't see this anywhere else in my tank, but they are covering this paly in the corner. lolI can’t make out any specific hitchhikers in the video.
