They look like small cracks but I’ll let someone more experienced chime in

Edit: i had something similar on my 125g that was small. It did not have an affect at all

Its tough to see. The placement would make me think algae scrubber scratch, but the pattern looks more like a crack than a scratch. I think you would only feel more than a "scratch" if it were chipped, a crack wouldn't feel any different. Its easy for me to say something not having it full of water in my house. Whether its a crack or not, will it keep you awake at night thinking about it? If so I'd err on the side of caution and not use it.

4ft 250 litres roughly
So it looks like a 75 or 90 gallon. I have never seen scratching that looks as deep into the glass as those in the last photo. I would check if it is tempered glass. You can look up on line how to do this. If it is tempered, then I believe it would have exploded already if those were cracks. If not tempered then I would get a second opinion on them being scratches or cracks from someone that can be there in person. The above is just my opinion and could very well be wrong.

When your looking down from above you can see it but soon as you lower yourself down to eye level with it then it's gone
To me that would be a crack, the light is reflecting off of the top of the crack as seen from above, but disappear as you look from the front. Again just my opinion and could be wrong

When I put my finger on the outside of the glass on the crack or scratch it's further back into the tank

Like I said I could be wrong, but a crack doesn't always go all of the way through the glass.. were only looking at pictures.
