I would like to purchase a couple of rock flower anemones for my nano reef, which is currently home to two clownfish. I know that the clownfish won't host the RFAs, but are they otherwise compatible? Thanks!

They'll ignore each other. Rock flowers have a weak sting, and clownfish don't perch, so they're not likely to ever interact. Unless your clownfish decide to try and host them anyway- clownfish are weird.
