Hello @rvitko, my Comline DOC Skimmer 9001 skimmer suddenly stopped working. The controller is blinking a faint blue light.
I’ve cleaned and taken apart the skimmer, looked debris etc and all looks good. The motor doesn't seem jammed and the impeller and magnet look good. I also tried a brief dry test run of the pump before reassembling and nothing.

With the impeller out of the pump, the metal shaft it spins on remains behind firmly in the motor? How old is it? The power supply is the correct 12V labeled Tunze 5012.010?

I can only think of two possible causes, the controller somehow got wet and has a short or the motor has some internal short, I would open the controller and check carefully around the knob and power entry as these are the usual points water gets in, if that is not it, it would be the motor and that would be a warranty issue and we can get you a motor.
