Club membership question

I went to the site and seen renewal is in Jan. So what if someone wants to join the club now? I was thinking about coming to the meeting tomorrow and join the club again.

But is it gonna cost me $20 now and I have to pay $20 again Jan.?

No, bill and I discussed this yesterday with several club inquiries and said $10 for test of year.

If you pay your membership thru paypal you have to pay 20.00 which is what I paid less than a month ago.

Hmmmm... Good arguments... I don't think we considered what months cost how much... Since it's only divided by the year... Then maybe we should doc 2$ a month.. Till like October... Then add 2$ for each month early and issue a card for the next year...

Hopefully we will have a Swap date soon and this will give the Club a New Membership Dues Due Date as elections will be held right after the Frag Swap is over. This is being done as to not Dump the Swap on a brand new board as we learned it takes months to get a new BOD actually able to function in any meaningful way.
And I guess this is as good a time as any to state that I will not seek Any position on the next BOD due to Health and personal reasons that will limit my ability to be helpful. I will however try as best i can to make this years Swap as good as it can be before my term is up.
If the time comes that i can no longer take as active a roll in things as i would like there are three other board members that can and will take the reins and do their best I'm sure.
The statement above is all that i will have to say about my personal issues and will ask that my privacy be respected.

Not gonna be able to make it to the meeting tonight after all.

I think I can hold off til the swap in Jan. and join then. Was mainly only interested in joining to list some stuff but I'm sure everyone keeps a eye on craigslist too.

FYI The Swap will Not be in Jan this year, We are trying to secure a place for around April 15th but this date may change either before or after as to when we can use the meeting hall from the Church we are working with.

hmm having issue with filling out online application. maybe im a little computer illiterate. Application process wants me to go to paypal before filling out online aplication. i paid in person yesterday? Just confused.

As per the BOD discussion, the late members who signed up in Aug or later will only have to pay $10 for the remainder of the year. If you already paid $20, I know who you are, we will credit it towards next years dues.

Devon, something weird is going on with the application on the site. It normally lets you just fill it out and send it without paying, but its not there. Just email me your info [email protected] or PM. Steve you can do the same.

Gettin ready to send payment and how do you prefer? It has a 2 options. Send as a purchase (goods, services) or send as personal (gifts, payments owed).
