Clownfish with varied black spots

Not sure what this is, my clownfish has been in there for about a month and a half and I just saw this pattern on him now, he definitely did not have it before, I’ll try to get pics in white light soon but I have a screenshot of it without spots and a couple of pics with spots

Nothing new added to tank, had bought him and other fish pre quarantined.
Parameters are
Sg 1.026
Nitrate 5 ppm salifert
Phosphate .07 hannah

Pics are extremely dark to confirm anything but as mentioned, often stings from anemone or coral causes this which has no impact on fish and will subside until gone
