My Maroon Clownfish looks like she has a raw chin. Can anyone tell me what that is? Her partner and my yellow tang are perfectly fine. She just looks like she has a raw chin like she is rubbing it against the rock work or something. She acts fine eats like an ogre. No abnormal behavior.

This is either from a scrape injury but likely bacterial and fish will need immediate treatment in a separate tank treating with broad spectrum medication, best being Seachem Kanaplex with added aeration.
Is fish breathing normal or rapid?
Eating?

Looks like the end of a mouth fight.
Can be vicious.
Should heal on its own.
Not under the jaw. Would be directly at mouth

Hi Yes, all behavior is normal. You would think she didn't know she had the issue. Eats fine no rapid breathing just swimming around like normal. Doesn't look lethargic at all. No obvious symptoms except for the actual scrape itself

Ok, great. Should respond to treatment well. May be from cleaning surfaces and even surfing up and down the glass chasing its reflection
