Hello,
Last week my clownfish layed its 2nd batch of eggs but now suddenly it seems that it had a kind of a fungus growing on the sides of its body. Its on both sides at the exact same place, the skin seems to be rotting away. Can someone identify what it is and what i can do about it. And if a bath in esha oodinex will help. Sander

I also have a bottle of 4% formalin, can i use this for a bath?
You cn. Pic EXTREMELY blurry but quick glance suggest a bite or injury, they startle easily so can be an injury or tankmate such as larger clown or 6 line wrasse can inflict such bite injury.
What tankmates do you have with clown?
Proper treatment to prevent developement of bacteria or similar will be Maracyn 2 OR seachem Kanaplex

Bath will offer protection of area bhut will not address any issues which arise. Its like applying peroxide when we get a cut.
Quarantine is as simple as a starter tank kit from Walmart which has most of the essentials
