So I noticed an orange patch under where my clownfish live. If I look at the eggs closely it’s like there is a shell and the top half is empty and the actual orange colour is half in size of the total shell and there seems to be 2 shiny dots half way of the egg any idea on what stage these eggs might be at? https://youtube.com/shorts/p7cByszJ4BM?feature=share

not great with guessing age myself but i would thing around 3-6 day mark. They get much more silver a day or two before hatch, but i dont breed mine so i dont pay as close attention to their eggs as they lay too often

So today is the 9th night I believe since I saw the eggs. Have been spending the the last few nights sitting in the dark shining a flashlight in the corner of the tank in the hopes of them hatching and today managed to see just ONE fry. Managed to scoop him out the display tank.

its 4am now and I’m done for the night any idea how only 1 can hatch? I can still see the eggs near the clownfish and all of them have 2 eyes. Is this one just premature or is something wrong here ? https://youtube.com/shorts/mHmDvja0DQQ?feature=share

Little more than 7 weeks old now- can see most their markings they’re getting a few black fins too. Can defiantly see a change in size too.

Filled the tank with more water around 60L now removed the sponge filter and added a normal internal filter deeded sponge from DT. Feeding regime the same added a few ornaments which they are avoiding at the moment. Reduced light schedule and brightness running cool white at 30% as algae build up is ridiculous in there.

No losses since last update

Enjoy
