Clown got stuck in filter and is now is struggling to swim

I had this happen to another clown a couple of months ago but caught it too late. Please help.

I had this happen to another clown a couple of months ago but caught it too late. Please help.

Pic is very dark to see any possible signs of trauma or contributor to weakness. Unfortunately, once they are caught in power head due to extreme weakness/illness, they become moribund in which they are unable to swim normal or eat and as you can imagine ,,,, continue to deteriorate until expired/gone. Sorry to see this

Generally, healthy fish do not get stuck in filters, something else weakened the fish. This post explains the background info we need to try and figure it out:
