Clown fish parasite

Hello,

I think one of my clown fish has a parasite but not 100% sure. She’s having long stringy white poop and having trouble swimming. She is also not eating, i just tried to feed her fish eggs but she is not eating them. I’ve started to use herbtana but i’m still very concerned, what should i do?
