I just got home and noticed some damage or disease on my clown fish. I’ve had all the same fish for months with no issues at all. Wasn’t sure if this is some type of disease or what. Any help is appreciated

Call it ironic, but you are the 3rd person today with this or similar. Not sure if youve seen fighting in your tank but this is a bacterial infection that likely started from injury.
What other occupants are in the tank with it?
You will have to isolate in quarantine tank and treat with seachem Kanaplex or Maracyn 2. Increase aeration with air stone during treatment and monitor ammonia with a reliable test kit

I have acouple angel fish and a Hawk Fish. Never seen any fighting, if anything the clown fish has been the only one to pick at the other fish in the past but nothing recently.

Watch the hawk who can be sneaky . It as stated can also stem from injury
