Cleaner Shrimp issue

Hi guys can I have some help identifying this thing on my cleaner shrimp

No glues been used in the tank. I have never seen anything like it. The only parameter change I have had was a lift in salinity from water changes. I hadn't used hydrometer for a month and a bit. When I did I was up to .030. Lfs water must have been high. I top up with ro daily so couldnt have been due to evaporation. Brought everything back down slowly over 3 days to .025. No fish or corals were acting stressed. Nothing out of the ordinary

I have the same thing on my cleaner shrimp, doesn't seem to affect him at all. Thought it was also due to stress after I got him and figured it would go after he molted but he has had it now since November and has molted numerous times since.

Yeah I thought that but both molted at the time and it still has it
