Clarisea 3000 gen 3 arrived broken

was so excited to get this for a new build and it arrived cracked. seems very fragile for something that’s suppose to be a critical piece of gear. anyone else had this happen? was told by vendor to contact echotech to get a replacement

Must've been quite an impact to break that. That polymer is fairly thick.

right? I took it out and was like ohh that’s a strange design, but then saw was broke

Right out of the box , I thought the samething you did , I was like, ok how does this go together
