There are about 15-20 polyps on that rock. I think they had it for 30$ each but I asked the guy about it and he shrugged and said does 30$ for the whole rock sound good? I said HECK YEA!! I then got it and a cup coral for 71$.

You definitely got an awesome deal on that. Superman mushrooms can go for $10/polyp easily. To buy those individually, $150-200! At $30 a polyp, $600! You totally got the deal of a lifetime. Rock on.

That is a lot of light. Watch the mushrooms closely as they tend to be fairly low light corals. If they start to make a cup shape or fold up on themselves they're getting too much light and will need to be placed in a more shaded area. Otherwise they can start to melt away on you. Often they'll let go of the rock they're on and drift in the current to try to find a place with less light.

I placed them to where they wouldn't be getting the full blast of light really but they are opening up good so I think they are fine. I wanna change the bulb to be 64 watts soon I think instead of 96 because it is going to be mostly mushroom and ricordea tank.

Have you guys noticed that the Mushroom trend is coming back? I have started to see them more and more on the threads. I have always liked them!
By the way, nice find!
