Can you help me tell if these are good pods?

Good evening reefers,

I am new to the hobby and have a 3 month old tank. I have seen some small white / clear looking critters on my cuc and on my Kenya tree. I did dip my kenya tree. Can you help me determine if these are good pods or bad? Would a wrasse help eliminate them if they are bad? I apoligze for the image quality. This was the best I could manage. If you hang in there through the video you can see the critters moving along the snail. Any advice if they are good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Also do you know what the weird tentacle thing is on this snail? Could it be a sponge?

Thank you,

It's hard to tell with the video's resolution, but the pods appear to either be amphipods (scavengers/detritivores) or munnid isopods (graze on algae). Both are beneficial. Amphipods are curved while munnid isopods have flat backs.
Amphipods:

Munnid isopods:

The tentacled creature might be a vermetid snail, a sessile snail that resembles a tube worm. These often produce mucus nets that can irritate corals and multiply rapidly. Glue the opening shut or crush the base with tweezers.
Various examples:

Thank you for this detailed response. I apologize for the low resolution. It was the best I could get. I am less worried about the pods now. I was mulling over getting a small corris wrasse. But, may hold off now. I will look into handling the vermitted snail issue. Thank you for alerting me to that.

After I replied, I figured someone was going to find something to dispute what I had said.
But in the link provided I seriously doubt any of the rare cases in the link has anything to do with the op's question.
Great link. Thank you. Though some of the later images are stuff of nightmares haha.

I see amphipods and tube worms which emit a fan for feeding.
There are bad pods such as certain isopods and yet others

I have seen the fan on a few of my other snails. But, never on this one. Should I follow through with super gluing it or crushing it? Also, would a wrasse feed off the amphipods ? I have flake and frozen food I regularly feed. Thanks for the diagnostic help.
