My first saltwater tank - I have had a 10g nano tank up and running for 5 weeks now, cycled with LR and have recently added two hermit crabs and two nassarius snails. My last post was very similar to this as I am new to the hobby and need some assistance identifying new things popping up on the LR. One looks like a little tree, it's a little hard to see but there are about three of these things next to each other. I am guessing this is a type of Hydroid? Good or Bad? The second image I have a few of these red/pink patches popping up all over? Coraline Algae? I've read this could be a good thing?

Yes clove polyps are good, if that's what yours is - they're a really pretty (in my opinion) soft coral that sways in the current. I have a big colony in my tank. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
