Can saltwater bacteria live in room temperature saltwater with no flow?

I expected to get the tank running today but I didn’t make enough water. I already made 110 gallons and it still wasn’t enough for a 120 with 40 gallon sump with rock and sand. I thought it would be! I estimate I have to make 55 more gallons if not more. The tank is 48x12x23 with what I think is around a 40 gallon sump probably more. Will it be okay sitting in room temperature saltwater in the sump or will all the bacteria and pods die on me?

Okay! Great. Either way if it turns into ammonia it will help the cycle. I wanted to seed it though so I don’t want the bacteria to die on me.
