Hello, my mother find lovely Rick when she was visiting. I would love to add it to the tank but I’m scared that something can go wrong. I clean the rock with sponge and I left it under the sun for a week. After that I put vinegar in bucket and left it there for another week then rinse it with water and lady it again for 5 days under the sun light. I don’t know what type of rock is it and I’m still not sure if it’s safe for my aquarium.

Personally I would soak it in bleach water for a day or two just to be super certain that its 100% safe. But yes, you can certainly add it.

With that said, that rock is not porous at all and offers very little surface area, and it offers no where near as much benefit as a proper marine rock IMO.

You could always place it in a bucket with some saltwater and an airstone or pump for circulation and see it reacts with the water. Chances are it's safe, given all you've done, but never hurts to be sure - especially when dealing with an established tank.
