Looks like some sort of clove polyp type coral. Remove them if you don't like them or want them to spread. Same goes for the bristleworm. If you don't mind them, they are a useful member of your CUC, but if you don't like them you can remove them on sight

Well my tank is cycling i got nothing in the tank, i saw this polyp and because I'm a new to the hobby didn't know any, I'm happy to have something it does look cool.

I do not like it the worm, but i read that they are important member on the cleaning crew, i will leave him unless it grows crazy, i saw there are traps for that, it is white and small maybe like 3cm long

They are helpful, but certainly not vital by any means. I remove them. They are ugly little water centipedes that can sting you a bit when they get big.

Clove polyps (mine is firework 'named')
Altough mine on an island I have found one attached to my rocks which I will be removing.
Yours appear to be attached to your rocks.
I like them for now on an island but they do grow fast, I have to trim my 'island' / cut the carpet growth back quite often

Picture is of my snail but clove polyps in background, started as one head when I purchased

Hope this helps :)
