Can a varios 6 adequately return from a garage or filtration room?

Hi as per title since it's not a sump directly below the display. It's a return pipe about 10' horizontal from the garage then 5' up over the tank. Can the varios 6 do this ? Thanks

I’d say “no”. I have one as a return on my 120 gal display and the sump is only about 8’ horizontal distance and 3’ below and I feel like I barely get enough flow. I have to run it at full speed and throttle back the drains on my dual corner overflows.
