I was transferring fish to a display tank and I didnt freshwater dip them, instead i placed them in the bucket with the NEW(0 copper) display tank water in it but some drops of sw with 2.25 copper ppm landed in there, I used a dry clean smaller net to place them in their new tank however (from the bucket), it was a baby sailfin tang a small nigerian triggerfish, i have a small zoa colony and a 3" rbt anemone, if they make it through will it shorten their lifespans though? Thanks.

I bet they don't even notice it. There is some copper in the ocean already, that trace amount isn't a threat.

0.0001 ppm copper = 0.1 ppb. Did you calculate that by dilution math?

That's below natural levels of copper in the ocean.
