Looking to get some assistance or advice in finding a cabinet that will fit two Adaptive Reef Controller Boards.

The wife is not too fond of two controller boards hanging up on the wall.

There are a number of solutions depending on your level of being handy. For the simplest in solutions that will match your white cabinet theme, I would recommend looking at Ikea.
