I purchased a purple tang from Jason (aka Corals4u.us owner, aka reef_Jase on Instagram). The fish was properly acclimated and subsequently died over night. Per Jason's request, I took a picture of the dead fish and he immediately said that the fish got beat up, which it didn't. The fact is that he claims his warranty is void if the fish is "beat up". He uses this to attempt to escape his obligation to replace the fish or refund the purchase. When I picked the fish up from him, he instructed me to communicate with him by Instagram, but he never accepts the invitation to connect. Therefore I had to repeatedly make attempts to communicate via email, which he rarely responds to. He claimed he was working with the place he acquired the fish from, but he almost never responds. Thus far, I am disputing this purchase, and recommend that you be aware of this vendor.

I have seen others post about this person, and it's important that people know that other like this other report are not fabrications (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/b...ragplug-aka-reefjase-is-now-corals4u.1045081/). I recommend that people beware of this reseller.
