No it is not local thing. We need at least 10 person.. That's I run it on 03/03 ( next 2 week).

A rule is need mini 10 people to process it.( I don't make this rules. It is BRS policy). So if I have enough 10 people before 03/3, we can start group by it. If not this group will close out.
