Hello,

So i had this small goniopora recently which was accidentally laying on its side on the sandbed for a day or so, i fixed its position uprights and i'm keeping it so if its healthy enough it would bounce back on that small area...

Normal inspection tonight on my tank to look for interesting stuff.. and BAAAM!

What are those?! They look like small bugs with antennas that are moving quickly. They're veeery tiny i was lucky this frag is near my front glass to snap this video/picture!

Closer inspection and i found them almost on every frag plug i have in the tank!

Any help or relief is highly appreciated! I guess it's something else to live with or deal with in this tiny critters world!

Video taken on cellphone at full zoom (they are tiny! Like small black dots). So i couldnt upload it.. but i snapped photos of the video itself.

Wow. That's fast. I am not sure then. They seem like Collinista snails a bit.
If I had to bet. They are snails tho. Someone will chime in with the right id.
In the mean time what kind of snails do you have stocked if any.

Is the shell hard? Sure look like baby snails for sure . But snails don't move as fast as a pod, not even close !

I can't really test that, they're incredibly tiny, almost like a sand grain..

Possibly stomatella auricula? Those little guys move fast for being a snail!

Can they be that tiny? I hope they're whar we think they are (snails).

I'm not 100% sure how small they can be, I've noticed them as small as a pin head.

Do you ever see them free swimming? Or just crawling around on the rocks? Can you make out any legs?
