Is my bubble tip dying or is this normal? I don’t want to leave it in there if it’s dying and it wipe out my whole tank.

Its not dying but highly stressed. Often when they do this, there is something upsetting them such as High nitrates and/or phosphate, high salinity, temp too warm and inadequate water flow or clownfish beating the daylights out of them in excitement.
Too much light and they hide and even expel zooxanthellae in which people think theyre pooping. Too little light and they climb towards light. Too much flow and they move. Too little flow and they shrivel /shrink and lay down as in your pic.
immature tanks is a high reason for stress and should not be placed in a tank no less that 4-6 months of age where numbers are stable. They dont even like water changes
