Bubble tip anemone very open

my bubble tip anemone is very open and idk if that’s good or bad please helppp. also it’s inside of a big hermit crab shell is that good or bad also??

I have 2 that look similar that have been that way for weeks. They are in high light and high flow. I don’t worry about them.
