Welcome! And I had a similar story to yours. My BTA walked into my power head and got Absolutely shredded. Looked awful. Strings and flesh hanging off of it. I debated just tossing it so it wouldn’t nuke my tank but figured I’d let it go and see what happens. Pulled it away from the power head and put it on the sand. It tumbled into a cave and I didn’t see it for 2months. Assumed it shriveled up and died. One day I wake up and the thing is fully open and looking amazing as ever perched on a rock where it still sits today. So it could be! I know people who cut their nems to propagate them so your power head may have just done this for you

I'm not an expert, but I slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night and that looks like either a baby Yuma mushroom or baby anemone. If you don't have any Yuma then hopefully it's from your bta. Look up pictures of baby Majano anemones and compare. If it's a Majano, remove it today. They multiply rapidly and are really bad to have in the tank.

In the meantime...

Welcome to R2R!

Green Bubbletip anemones have a very low success record compared to the red ones. Especially if they weren’t already aquacultured.

Definitely post parameters.
