if this is not in your budget.:.
please don’t waste my time or hijack the sale

and no, i don’t want to trade for a killshot!
not even in the same league!!!

come correct, or don’t waste our collective time.
these are rare, ben only sold like 8 frags…
and they grow slooooowwwsss
gl, finding others with this color.

not trying to be harsh…
but i’ve been a hobbyist since 2011
and the wild “thirst” has grown exponentially since then!

i am not a shop…
i am a hobbyist.

i buy expensive corals when i eye something fancy.
so it funds this hobby down the road.

don’t come at me like this is my livelihood,
i have a day job.

anyway, to bring some positivity back…
was looking into my zoa/softie/shroom tank after lights out:
and out pops my lil black-bellied eviota goby from @Biota_Marine

bought this guy back in march 2021,
during the heart of the global madness…
even went through a move last year…
(and haven’t seen it since that transfer from the move …)

and here she/he pops up outta the blue.

(well past the point of thinking i’ll ever see it again)

moral of the story is…be patient.
this hobby will beat you down, and out…
many fizzle out!

you don’t need it all at once….
be sensible, and learn from your mistakes.
(those are valuable lessons!)

but when you get a grasp on your husbandry…
you’ll be amazed by what all lives,
even though you might never see it!

be happy you’re providing an ideal home for critters you might never directly enjoy…
(even if they’re just pods)
but they’re still thriving!
(outta your direct sight)

sometimes, it’s quite literally, the little things
