Hey y’all, looking for help identifying Algae. Thank you for your help.

I am seeing this feathery light brown algae pop up here and there on the rocks, sand bed and glass. And I’m afraid it’s Bryopsis.
I have removed some of it successfully, and it turns to green under my bedroom LEDs. My tank parameters are below plus the best picture I could get so far.

My 25 gallon Lagoon is about a month old.
Parameters that I know:
Temperature 78°
Phosphate 0.02ppm
Nitrate around 5
Lighting: 5% white 40% blue
12 PM starts ramping up, 1 PM they are at peak till 9 PM it starts ramping down and lights out at 10 PM.

Can you get a clearer photo under white lights? When in doubt pull it out along with some sand. That would also help get a close up of it to better ID.

Probably bryopsis. Phos is really low. New ish tank?
I fear that…
Tank is about a month old, June 15th I tested for phosphate and it was 0.28ppm with Hannah checker.
Added GFO pouch that came with tank and by this past Thursday it came down to 0.02ppm

yes, I will try to get a clearer photo for you. I’m looking to see if I can find a specimen.
